Blue Mesa
Blue Mesa comprises two four-story mixed use buildings in the Mountain Village development above Telluride, Colorado, and anchors an important plaza near the main ski lift. The program included basement parking, plaza-level retail and restaurants, and triplex residential condos above with sweeping views of the San Juan Mountains. The form & design of the buildings were inspired by indigenous mining structures that still stand in the region. Completed in 1992.
